Getting Started
Below are some frequently asked questions regarding our services. If your question is not answered below, please contact us.
How do I make an appointment?
Please call (402) 488-0077 or fill out our Contact Form to schedule an appointment. We will gather basic information and determine whether we can provide you the services you are seeking. The cost of services depends on various factors, including the type of service you are seeking, whether your insurance covers mental health / behavioral services, and the therapist’s rate.
Do you accept insurance? Are services covered by insurance?
We accept most major insurances. Please contact your insurance company directly to determine whether insurance will cover services. Refer to our Insurance page for a list of helpful question to determine your coverage.
When do I pay?
If you are a self-pay client or have an insurance copay, payment is due at the time of service.
What should I expect from my visit/therapy?
When you arrive to our clinic, you will be asked to complete basic paperwork. You will then meet with your therapist, who will review the paperwork with you, including your rights, confidentiality, and fees. He/she will then ask questions to get to know you and the reasons you are seeking services. The therapist will work with you to determine your individual needs, identify the best plan to address them, and answer questions you may have. A typical session lasts about 50 minutes.
What do I bring to my first session?
Please bring your insurance card(s) to your first session, if you decide to complete forms prior to your first session.
